Right to Information in Punjab, Pakistan

I’ve decided to file a Right to Information (RTI) request under Punjab’s provincial legal framework. The Right to Information laws let any citizen ask any semi- or fully-government organization for information on a particular matter. These requests are governed by:

  1. Article 19A of the Constitution of Pakistan
  2. Punjab Transparency and Right to Information Act 2013
